About OCCASIANS

The Full Story

Founded by FRANCIS POON, in Year 2011 when the air was fresher and when this thought came to him:

A place to celebrate the gathering of people; call it an occasion...But also wanting to feature his Asian-ness, aesthetics, culture, roots;

thus the birth of OCCASIANS with logo designed by Zaki Razak.

It began with a circle. Ohh-CASIANS.

Some thoughts that OCCASIANS = OCC(idental) + ASIANS. Well... not totally wrong there!

Delving into Ceramics and being taught by a teacher who studied in England; East meets West, West meets East.
